A Magical November Wedding: Aoife & Andrew at Virginia Park Lodge

In the golden hues of late autumn, I had the pleasure of working with Aoife and Andrew to bring their wedding vision to life at the stunning Virginia Park Lodge. November brought its natural charm, and the venue, with its historic ambiance and picturesque setting, was the perfect backdrop for the couple's special day.

For their wedding, Aoife and Andrew chose our dried flowers for both their bouquets and venue decor, a beautiful and timeless choice that reflected the season and added an ethereal touch to the day.

The Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnieres

Aoife’s bouquet was designed to evoke elegance and softness, blending neutral tones with dried flowers and foliage. The bouquet was filled with delicate roses, soft pampas grass, and preserved greenery, all carefully arranged to complement her stunning beaded gown. Andrew’s boutonniere was designed with a minimalist approach, featuring complementary dried elements that harmonized with the bridal florals without overpowering his classic wedding attire.

Venue Styling at Virginia Park Lodge

Virginia Park Lodge, with its rich history and countryside charm, offered a perfect canvas for the floral decor. Aoife and Andrew envisioned natural, yet chic, floral arrangements to enhance the beauty of the lodge’s rustic interiors. The long top banquet table was adorned with low, textural centrepieces crafted from preserved flowers in creamy whites and earthy tones. Tapered candles and gold accents were added to elevate the warmth of the November evening.

A Lasting Memory

The dried florals not only contributed to the aesthetic of Aoife and Andrew’s wedding but also served as lasting keepsakes. The bouquet and buttonholes, made from preserved elements, are perfect mementos that can be cherished for years to come, a symbol of their unforgettable November wedding.

Working with Aoife and Andrew was a wonderful experience, and Virginia Park Lodge, with its timeless beauty, provided the perfect setting. The combination of dried florals and the natural elegance of the venue created a magical atmosphere that the couple and their guests will remember forever.
