Romantic Dried Floral Wedding at Poulaphouca House – Nadine & Sean

Nadine was one of those brides I just instantly clicked with. She first got in touch about her wedding flowers and when she came to pick them up with Sean, we had the nicest chats. So kind, so bubbly, and just such a joy to be around.

They got married in Poulaphouca House & Falls in May 2025, with their ceremony led by Ceremoniesforall.ie. The venue suited them so well — relaxed and full of personality. Just like the couple.

What made the day even more incredible is that their daughter also had her First Communion on the same day. They just took it in her stride — went off to the Communion with her hair and makeup done, then came back to finish getting ready for the wedding. Like it was no big deal! Honestly, peak multitasking.

For her bouquet and the bridal party flowers, Nadine wanted a clean, natural palette — ivory tones, soft neutrals, preserved and dried blooms with lots of texture. We kept it classic, and I think it sat beautifully with her look.

Nadine and Sean also happen to be seriously stunning — they just looked amazing together all day. And when Nadine changed into her evening dress? Absolute showstopper. She pulled off both looks effortlessly, and you could just tell she was glowing from the inside out.

She and Sean headed off on a honeymoon to Bali afterwards (yes, I was absolutely jealous), and we ended up messaging while she was away because I’d been and had recommendations. It’s always a treat when the connection doesn’t end on the wedding day.

The rings were created by @thecustomjewellers — a really nice touch of craft and detail that made the day even more personal. Nadine was just one of those brides I’ll always remember — calm in the chaos, full of good vibes, and an absolute beauty inside and out.
