Power of Women: Celebrating Longevity with Eir & Meadow Floristry

This week, I had the pleasure of attending the launch of the Eir Power of Women Awards 2025 in Dublin, hosted by VIP Magazine.

It was an inspiring morning surrounded by Ireland’s leading female entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers – a celebration of talent and leadership that I was so proud to be part of.

For Meadow Floristry, this event carried a special connection. Last year, we created the preserved floral installations for the Power of Women Awards in Eir’s offices. Those designs were carefully chosen to reflect strength, vibrancy, and longevity – values that resonate with both the awards and our flowers themselves, and all in their company colours.

💡 And here’s the amazing part: those same florals have lasted the entire year. Eir used them across multiple internal events and celebrations, with just a small refresh from us this season. It’s a true reflection of how preserved flowers are not just beautiful on the day, but also a long-term investment that continues to shine event after event.

This year’s launch reminded me why I love working with dried and preserved flowers:
