Sinéad & Jack – A Rustic Barn Wedding with Warm Autumn Preserved Florals

Some weddings instantly tell a story, and Sinéad and Jack's was one of them.

  • Bride holding a preserved bridal bouquet in warm terracotta, cream and blush tones.
  • Groom's preserved terracotta rose buttonhole with dried flowers and eucalyptus.
  • Wedding details with cowboy boots, invitation suite and preserved bridal bouquet.

Set in the beautiful Segrave Barns, their day perfectly blended rustic charm with warm, earthy tones. From the cowboy boots and personalised details to the rich terracotta florals, every element reflected their personalities and created a relaxed, intimate atmosphere.

For Sinéad's bridal bouquet, we designed a textured arrangement using preserved roses, pampas grass, eucalyptus, bunny tails and dried florals in soft creams, terracotta, blush and warm rust tones. The result was a bouquet full of movement and texture that complemented both the venue and her beautiful lace gown.

The bridesmaids carried coordinating bouquets featuring the same warm colour palette, while the groom and groomsmen wore matching buttonholes to tie everything together.

One of my favourite details from this wedding was the floral cake styling. Using preserved flowers to decorate the cake allowed the colours and textures from the bouquets to continue throughout the day, creating a cohesive look without worrying about flowers wilting.

The warm, earthy palette worked beautifully against the exposed stone walls and timber interiors of Segrave Barns, creating a timeless look that felt both modern and relaxed.

As with all of our preserved wedding flowers, every bouquet and buttonhole was handcrafted to be enjoyed long after the wedding day. It's always so special knowing these flowers become lasting keepsakes, reminding couples of one of the happiest days of their lives.

Thank you, Sinéad and Jack, for trusting Meadow Floristry to create your wedding flowers. It was such a pleasure to be part of your day, and I wish you both every happiness for the future.
